Black belt is issued in Mcf:

1. Black belt is for those who are expert and have establishment background or/and international positions in world , continental level or/ and in country.
2. Black belt is for students who has no executing responsibility and for promoting their level and for taking part in official ceremony will be granted Black belt.
3. Black belt is for those who has no activity and position in epic sports(combat sports)and only is granted for encouraging and acknowledgment , which is issued for honor.
4. Black belt is issued in all levels and by virtue of students’ grade or level , to the student or/and coaches.
